The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden

While some areas of the Garden are temporarily closed for bushfire recovery, the gardens are open to the public and welcome your support. Areas such as the Formal Garden, the Brunet Meadow, the Dahlia collection, and the Explorers’ Walk are unaffected. The Garden is currently providing a haven for wild life and there is an increased number of birds within the Garden for you to observe. Please check the website for updates.

Wild Meadows Garden,

The Campbell Rhododendron Gardens
Bacchante St, Blackheath
Despite sustaining some damage during the recent bushfires, the gardens are open to the public and welcome your patronage to help them restore the damaged area. Please check the website and Facebook for updates.
Open Daily. Car park open 9am – 4pm, walk in any time. In summer the gardens are open from 9am to 6pm. There are wheelchair accessible paths to the Lookout over the Gardens, and to the toilets. Entry: $5 donation per person.

Entry: Adults $15, Concession $12, Children under 16 free however must be supervised by an adult at all times. Self-serve Tea/Coffee with package sweet treat available free. Gardens have spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding valley. Rare plants for sale grown in the gardens. Some disability access to the gardens in areas that are gravel and lawns.
Please note this garden isn’t suitable for small children due to water features. Group discounts and free guided tour available for groups 20+.
